Service Authorization
We'll send a Service Authorization Agreement outlining the scope of work and terms before any technician is dispatched.
Deposit & Scheduling
A $500 deposit is required upon acceptance of the Service Authorization Agreement. Your appointment is then confirmed.
On-Site Diagnosis
Jeff personally assesses the issue on-site and provides a transparent repair estimate before any work begins.
Repair Completed
Work is completed to code, with quality craftsmanship and a full walkthrough so you know exactly what was done.
